摘要
通过颅缝的光镜和扫描电镜观察,探讨其微观结构的力学特性,评估在颅脑外伤中的作用。胶原纤维是颅缝的主要承力单位,其分布有一定方向性,部分使骨间结合更牢固,部分对抗骨间过度靠拢。颅缝有维持自身宽度的机制,对于防止骨间融合和级冲外力均有作用。头部受暴力时,这种纤维连结吸收一定能量,影响力的传导,将减轻脑损伤,使颅顶因缝连结的存在增强了脑保护的能力。老年人颅缝骨化,为脑损伤较重的原因之一。
he homechanical characteristics
and microstructure of cranial sutures were studied by im-pact
testing,light and scanning electronic microscope observation to
evaluate its'role in cranio-cerebral truma.The collagen fiber, as the
primary mechanical unit of the sutures,run in regulardirection to
strengthen the connection between bones and at the same time to
prevent the bonesfrom closing up.Under impact load,the fiber
structure absorbs part of energy and changes theforce conducting
direction to alleviate the brain injury,In conclusion,the fiber
structure plays animportant role in safeguarding the brain and
ossification of cranial sutures in old generation maycauses serve
brain injury in craniocerebral trauma.
