摘要
在１０侧新鲜头颅标本上，对蝶腭动脉分支进行了解剖测量，根据解剖所见，在处理严重世后鼻孔出血需作动脉结扎时，建议在中鼻道后端粘膜下对下鼻甲动脉进行结扎或者用ＹＡＧ激光凝固。具有创伤小，止血快，术后无井发症等优点。

observed on 10 sides of fresh adult head speci-mens. On the basis of
the anatomic study,toligation of the inferior tubrinate artery or YAG
laservascular coagulation would be a better therapy method for the
treatment of serious epistaxis.
