摘要
在３０例成人标本上，对前列腺动脉的来源、行程、进入前列腺的部位等进行了观测。前列腺动脉来源丰富，多在膀胱与前列腺底交界处的沟内进入前列腺底，占７６．１％±２．９％；前列腺各区均有动脉进入，以３、４、９和１０区居多，各占９．０％左右，其它各区都各占５．０％左右。作者认为，在膀胱和前列腺底之间的沟内，环周结扎前列腺动脉，止血更为彻底。

in 30 adult speci-mens. The blood supply of prostate comes from
several sources.The prostatic artery enteredmostly 76.1±2.9%。 at
the base of prostate near the boundary between the urinary bladder
andthe base of prostate to each region of prostate,mainly to regions
of 3,4, 9 and 10, It was consid-ered that annular ligation near the
boundary of the urinary bladder and the base of prostate wouldbe more
effective for complete hemostasis.
