摘要
采用微热量超短波治疗老年人前列腺肥大４５例，经１－２个疗程治疗，对消除患者排尿困难及不同部位疼痛疗效显著，经Ｂ超检查治疗前后前列腺大小比较，Ｐ＜０．０５，有显著改善，显示超短波治疗老年人前列腺肥大是易被患者接受的有效疗法。
cases of senile prostatomegaly were treated by subfebrily ultrashort wave,which can remove dysuria and different place's sore after 1 to 2 courses of treatment.The comparision of prostotie size pre-and post-treatment was remarkable improvemant(p<0.05).It showed that it is an effective way to treat senile prostatomegaly by ultrashort wave.
