摘要
sulperazone与其它抗生素对β-内酰胺酶的稳定性比较结果表明:sulpeazone对12个标准酶中的11个酶均高度稳定,对TFM-1、TEM-2和SHV-1的稳定性较头孢酮显著增强,与头孢噻肟相同。对14个临床分离高度耐药菌所产生的β-内酰胺酶,sulperazone的酶稳定性也较头孢酮显著加强,其中12个酶对sulperazone的相对水解率较头孢酮降低2.2~80.2倍。对6个超广谱酶,sulperazone具有较好的酶稳定性,对肺炎克雷伯氏菌No,1091、447、877和异型枸橼酸杆菌No.887的酶稳定性好于头孢酮和头孢噻肟,与头孢他啶和氨曲南接近。
β- lactamase stability of sulperazone was compared with those ofcefoperazone,cefotaxime,ceftazidime and aztreonam。Results showed that sulperazone wasstable to 11 of 12 standard-β- lactamases,its stabilities to TEM-1,TEM-2 and SHV-1,arethe same as cefotaxime and were higer than that of cefoperazone。Sulperazone was more stable to l2 β-lactamases produced by clinical resistant isolatesthan cefoperazone,the relative hydrolysis rates of cefoperazone were 2.2~80.2 times higherthan those of sulperazone。The stabilities of sulperazone to 4 extend-broad-β-lactamses(K.pneumoniae No. 1091,447,877 and C,diversus No. 887)were higher than those ofcefoperazone and cefotaxime。
