摘要
采用部分均衡顺序随机对照开放试验方法对洛美沙星片刊进行临床评价．共治疗各种感染２９２例，其中呼吸系统感染６１例与环丙沙星６０例对照．泌尿多统感染４１例与诺氟沙星４０例对照。结果显示洛美沙星片剂治疗总有效率为９３．５％，对呼吸系统感染洛美沙星片剂治疗痊愈率为６０％，有效率为８Ｓ．２％，对照药环丙沙星痊愈卓５６．７％，有效率为８１．７％，两组比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。对泌尿系统感染洛美沙星片剂治疗痊愈率为８０．５％，有效率为９２．７％，诺氟沙星治疗痊愈率力６５．０％，有效率为８２．６％，两组比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。本试验细菌培养阳性率为９２．６％，洛美沙星细菌清除率为９１．％，体外抗菌活性表明洛美沙星对大多数革兰氏阴性菌和阳性菌均只有良好的抗菌作用。洛美沙星不良反应为３．７％，程度轻微，主要为消化道反应．
cases of bacterial inections were treated with lomefloxacin tablets. Theresults showed that total clinical efficacy rate and bacterial clearance rate of lomefloxacinwere 93.5%and 91.2%. respectively.Adverse reaction rate of the compound were 3.7%.The result of the randomized open trial of lomefloxacin and ciprofloxacin or norfloxacin in121 cases of respiratory tract infection and 81 cases of urinary tract infection showed thatthere were no statistically significant differences in the efficacy and safety. In vitro activity oflomefloxacin against 368 clinical isolates mainfested that lomefloxacin had a goodantibacterial activities against many Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.
