摘要
１９８７年６月至１９９３年６月采用自制球囊导管及其配套器械行经皮球囊导管二尖瓣分离术（ＰＢＭＣ）４１０例，９９．５％成功，１０８例随访３８±ｌ４月，７０％心功能稳定于ＮＹＨＡⅠ级，６例（５．５％）发生再狭窄，３例死亡。本文详细介绍了ＰＢＭＣ病例选择、方法学及操作技巧诸方面的经验和体会。
Abstract From June 1987 to June 1993 by a domestic balloon catheter percutaneous balloon catheter mitral commissurotomy(PBMC)was performed in 410 cases,of which 408 (99.5%) the procedure has been successful.108 cases followed up 38 ±14 months, of which in 70% cardiac function remained stable in NYHA class 1,in 6 (5.5%) had mitral restenosis,and in 3 death occurred.The present article introduced the experience and understanding on the selection of cases,methodology and skill for PBMC in detail.
