摘要
本文介绍了我们在ＡＯ张力带钢丝（Ａ０－ＴＢＷ）基础上改进的交叉张力带钢丝（ＣＴＢＷ），治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的手术及术后处理方法。采用ＣＴＢＷ治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折３９例，术后半年完全恢复正常２８例。膝关节活动稍小于正常１５°左右，术后１年至１年６个月关节活动范围恢复正常者１１例。无骨折愈合延迟或骨折不愈合、关节僵硬和损伤性关节炎等并发症发生。ＣＴＢＷ为髌骨粉碎性骨折提供了一种新的治疗方法。
A newly designed operative therapy of cross tension band wire (CTBW)improved on the basis
of(AO-TBW) is especially suitable for comminuted patellar fracture. In 39 patients treated by
CTBW, 28 patients were completely recovered at about half of one year after operation, and
11 patients were recovered at about one and1/2 year. All of them could walk normally without
any pain. No complications such as delayed union or nonunion of fracture, stiff joint and
traumatic arthritis were observed. CTBW would be a new effective therapy for the comminuted
patellar fracture.
