摘要
本文通过对１３例Ｃｏｔｔｏｎ骨折手术治疗的随访，认为踝关节负重及功能恢复取决于早期手术及术中的解剖复位和牢固的内固定，上述治疗为踝关节早期负重活动、刺激骨折愈合及功能恢复奠定了基础。本文同时对踝关节稳定和手术的必要性及手术技巧进行了讨论。
.Cotton`s fracture is a kind of serious fracture in ankle.As following up l3 cases,this article points
out that the good recoveryof functions depends upon early surgical therapy,good open reduction
and internal fixation.These treatments lay a foundation forearly weight bearing exercise,healing of
fracture and recovery of functions.Also the necessity of joint immobilization and surgery,as well
as skills are discussed.
