摘要
自１９９２年以来应用Ｃ－Ｄ后方“固定器治疗胸、腰椎骨折７例，脊柱侧弯３例，退行性腰椎侧弯并椎管狭窄症１例。经过３～２４个月的随访，病人可早期起坐及下地活动，畸形的矫正及维持术后固定状况良好。我们体会到Ｃ－Ｄ固定器可节段性撑开和加压，可行三维固定，操作灵活，固定力强，可适用于各种需后方固定的脊柱疾病。
.Since l992,ll cases of spinal diseases had been treated by C-Dposterior instrumentation in our
department,of which sevenwere thoracolumbar vertebral fractures,three were spinal
scoliosis,one was degenerative lumbar scoliosis with lumbar canalstenosis.Through 3 months
to 24 months follow up,the authors found l0 cases had satisfactory resultsThe authors
considerC-Dinstrumentation has advantages as follows;l.It is easy to operate.2.It can be
distracted or compressed segmentally.3.It can be applied to build up tridimension
fixation.4.The strength of instrumentation is strong 5.It can be used to reconstrurctthe function
in various spinal diseaeses that need posterior instrumentation.
