摘要
WD—Ⅱ型电子痔疮治疗机应用于痔疮患者,具有安全、高效等优越性。本文对150例治疗统计结果:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期痊愈率分别为100%、95%及85%。总有效率99.5%,总治愈率92.5%。对混合痔脱出于肛门口的患者,应先手法复位,治疗中切勿靠近外痔。对Ⅲ期感染伴出血痔核必须待感染控制后才可施治。该机操作简便,患者无痛苦,不需特殊护理,当天即可正常活动和解便,容易为患者接受。
The WD—Ⅱ type electronic haemorrhoids therapeutic equipment was applied in 150 eases of haemorrhoids,whieh was of safe and high effect.The statistic showed that the cure rate for Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ periods was 100%,95% and 85% respectively,the total ef- fective rate was 99.5%,the total cure rate was 92.5%.The manual reduction must be done for mixed haemorrhoids of prolapse of the cuns and don't treat near the external haemorrhoids.It must be treated after controlling infection for Ⅲ period infection com- bined haemorrhoids.The operation is sample,no pain,needn't special nurse,easy to ac- cept by patients.
