摘要
本文报告了５例反复多次复发的骨肉瘤患者，均为男性，年龄１４～２４岁。原发灶位于股骨下端者３例，位于胫骨上端２例。３例胸片阴性者行肢体截肢术加化疗。２例胸片示肺部直径１．５ｃｍ孤立性转移灶，化疗１周后行截肢术，化疗２周后行肺叶切除术，术后化疗３个疗程。病人每２个月拍一次胸片及患肢ｘ线片，发现１例出现肺部转移灶，２例股骨下段出现转移灶，１例先后４次手术。迄今其中３例已存活５年，２例已存活６年，目前均装了假肢，生活良好。
This paper presents 5 cases of repeated recurrence of osteosarcoma,all of whom were
males,14-24 years old.The primary focus of 3 Cases were in the lower segment of femur,and
2cases in the upper segment of tibia. Three cases, whose chest x-ray were negative,were
treated by amputation and chemotherapy.Two cases had isolated metastatic focus1.5cm in
diameter in lung,and were treated by amputation after 1 week of chemotherapy,lobectomy after
2 weeks of chemotherapy.After operation,the chemotherapy was carried out for 3courses.
The roentgenogram of chest and affected limb was taken once two months.There were
metastatic focuses to be found in lung of 1cases and in the lower parts of femur of 2 cases
.One case was operated for 4 times.Up to date,3cases of them have lived for 5 year and 2
cases for 6 years after operation .All of them were fitted on with artificial limb and still living
well.
