摘要
本研究建立了环状病毒基因组电泳图谱的计算机自动分析系统,它在环状病毒病的检疫、定性和定型鉴定以及分子流行病学研究等方面有重要应用价值。
A computerized analysis system of Orbivirus genome electrophoresisphenotype was established. The system has significance in the diagnosis and identification of Orbivirus. It can be also applied in molecular epidemiological researches.
