摘要
本文介绍一种胶合板用脲醛树脂矿物填料的应用试验．结果表明，对于固体含量为48～52％的脲醛树脂胶液，当增量比例控制在25％以内时，所压制的板材完全能达到国家标准要求（GB9846－88），并有利于提高胶合板的强度、耐久性和耐水性．使用该填料，可使胶合板生产成本降低。
In the production of plywood, mineral filler can be useful for UF resin. Experimental results show that the plywood with reduced cost and improved strength, durability and water resistance can be obtained to meet the national standards (GB 9846-88) when UF resin adhesive solution with solid content 48-52% is employed and the increment of mineral filler is lower than 25%.
