摘要
对未产妇放置IUD持不同意见,西方国家认为可能增加继发不孕而列为禁忌证。本研究结果提示未产妇放置IUD可列为其可选择的避孕措施之一,但必须严格掌握适应证和禁忌证,并须加强随访。
With the conceptional change of sexuality and reproduction, the number of induced abortion in the nulliparous women is exhibiting an increasing treand. Hence.it is very important to provide safe and proper contraceptive method to thoses women. Different opinions are existed as to whether nulliparous women are suitable to use IUD. Researches in western countries hold that the use of IUD in nulliparous women will increase the possibility of having infertility. A case-control study was carried out among seven districts and counties in Shanghai between 1984 and 1990, 419 cases of nulliparous women with IUD insertion right after induced abortion and 406 cases of nulliparous women without IUD insertion during induced abortion were interviewed, recorded, and analysed. The results showed that (1) the use of IUD in those nulliparus women with single sexual partner is safe, which suggesting that IUD can be one of contraception choices for nullipara, it should not be ranked as contraindication. (2)The indications and contraindications of the IUD use should be strictly mastered, to those with history of inflammation of reproductive organs 籩ctopic pregancy.and STD.the use of IUD should be avoided. (3) the number of follow-up should be increased among those nulliparous women with IUD insertion, if necessary,X - ray examination should be replaced by B ultrasound.
