摘要
通过对监利县长江江滩、江阳县东荆河河滩的调查研究表明，目前我省江河滩人畜上洲活动频繁，野粪污染严重，感染性钉螺遍及全洲，鉴于经济与人力等情况，对这类易感地带提出了一些处理意见。本文初次提出了以天天、月月、季季、年年有人畜到达的等级记录，进而使易感地带的人畜常到趋向量化。
Field data make clear that human and domestic
animals acted very frequently inendemic river beach in Hongcheng Township of Jianli County
and in Junshan Township ofHanyang County. There is contaminated by a lot of animals'stools.
Infective snail distributed ev-erywhere ,therefore, the river beach is focal transmission region in
schistosomiasis. Authorsthink about economic and manpower resource that transmission
regions are classified into fourgrades by days, months ,seasons and years for recording the
frequence of human and domestic an-imals to go to the beach.
