摘要
腰椎管成形术是治疗腰椎滑脱症的新方法,为此,对腰椎管成形术进行了尸体脊柱生物力学实验研究。结果表明:腰椎管成形术后在前屈、后伸及左右侧弯时的载荷(弯矩)-位移(成角)和载荷(弯矩)-应变曲线均优于正常标本。证明腰椎管成形术对于腰椎具有稳定作用,符合生物力学原理,改善了骨折愈合的力学环境,促进了腰椎的功能恢复。
Lurnbar laminoplasty is a new method of treating lumbar spondylolisthesis. Biomechanical studies of cadaver spine were carried out with the new iumbar laminoplasty-The results showed that antetior, posterior and lateral bending load(bending moment)-position shift(angulation) and load-strain of the lumbar laminoplasty were better than those of intact spinal specimens. The result of this study indicated that laminoplasty could maintain lumbar spine stability. Lumbar laminoplasty conformed to biomechanical principle. Thus, this operation can improve the mechanical environment of bone healing, and promote the recovery of lumbar vertibral function.Author's address (Department of Orthopedics 401 Hospital of PLA, Qingdao, Shandong, 266071)
