摘要
提出一种可用于生成计算机编码全息图的微小光斑光学系统，该系统结构小巧，稳定性良好，对防尘、减震的要求大为降低；分辨率高，所形成的相干光斑尺寸小于０．１ｍｍ；光学系统与光源之间采用光导纤维相连接，具有良好的柔韧性。该系统有可能与激光器、计算机、平面驱动伺服系统一起构成一种全新的全息光栅图像制作系统。
A novel optical microspot system is presented in this paper, which can be used in computer-generated coding holography. It has the advantages of compact structure, good reliability, high resolution, and small spot diameter (<0. Imm ), etc. So it can possibly build a new kind of holographic grating printer with laser, computer and planar drive, as well as a servo system.
