铝硅合金激光熔凝处理后的电化学腐蚀现象 被引量:1

Electrochemical Corrosion Phenomena of Al-Si Alloys byLaser Remelting Treatment

摘要 利用2kWCO2激光器对不同合Si量的AI-Si合金进行了搭接扫描熔凝处理,通过SEM和TEM对激光熔凝处理后Al-Si合金的组织结构进行了观察,通过测定在不同介质条件下的阳极极化曲线,讨论了激光熔凝处理对AI-si合金耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,激光处理可改善Al-Si合金在10%H2SO4和10%HNO3溶液中的耐蚀性,而对Al-Si合金在10%HCl和5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性没有明显的促进作用。 Some samples of Al-Si alloy with different silicon Percentage were treated by overlapped scanning with a 2 kW CO2 laser. The structures of the Al-Si alloys after laserremelting treatment were examined by SEM and TEM.The anodic polarization curves of theAl-Si alloy samples treated by laser were measured in different corrosion solutions. Someeffects on corrosion resistance of Al-Si alloys treated by laser are discussed. Experimentalresults show that laser treatment benefits corrosion resistance of Al-Si alloys in the 10%H2SO4 and 10% HNO3 solutions;but it basically dosen't improve corrosion resistance in thel0% HCl and 5 % NaCI solutions.
