摘要
论述金刚石车削单晶锗的加工表面质量,重点研究影响加工表面质量的因素。试验结果表明,采用小进给量和大负前角对于用单点金刚石车削的方法在单晶锗材料上制取优质加工表面是至关重要的。
The paper deals with the machined surface quality of single crystal germanium, which is machined by single point diamond turning tool. A new measuring parameter Re is proposed for evaluating the machined surface quality of brittle materials for optical components.Some factors influencing the machined surface quality are discussed emphatically. The low feed rate and the large negative rake angle are essential to obtain a fine machined surface of single crystal germanium by single point diamond turning.
