摘要
介绍ＣＡＤ技术在带式输送机设计中的应用。根据笔者开发的带式输送机ＣＡＤ系统，可依照ＩＳＯ５０４８－１９８９进行运行阻力、驱动功率和张力的精确计算，并参考ＤＩＮ２２１０１－１９８２实现了带式输送机的非稳态计算。实际应用表明，本ＣＡＤ系统对提高设计质量、缩短设计周期从而取得显著技术经济效益具有很大作用。
This paper introduces the application of CAD-technique to belt conveyor design. The CAD system can be used for precise calculation of motion resistences,operation power and tensile forces based on ISO 5048-1989, and for calculation of unstable status of belt conveyor in the light of DIN 22101-1982. Practical effect shows its remarkable benefit for improving the design qsuality and reducing the design duration.
