摘要
介绍一个用于变速比齿扇插齿加工的新型ＣＮＣ系统的结构、特点与关键技术，该系统可实现多种齿扇的在线编程、仿真、ＣＮＣ实时直接插科加工以及加工过程的动态跟踪显示，具有高的加工精度、效率与自动化程度。
The structure, features and key techniques of a new CNC system,which is used for variable ratio sector gear shaping,is introduced. This system is able to realize on-line programming, simulation, machining by realtime direct interpolation and dynamic display of machining process etc. for many kinds of sector gear. The system possesses high machining accuracy, efficiency and automaticity.
