摘要
介绍几种焊丝与焊剂对１５ＭｎＶＮｑ桥梁钢埋弧自动焊焊缝强度与韧性的影响规律，经试验研究筛选出能够满足技术标准要求的焊接材料。研究成果解决了长期存在的九江长江大桥１５ＭｎＶＮｑ钢焊缝强度过高、韧性偏低的问题。
In this paper,the effect of several welding consumables and fluxes on SAW metal's strength and toughness of 15MnVNq bridge steel is introduced.The welding material satisfying technical standard demand is screened. This achievement settles a long-standing prodlem of high strength and low toughness of Yang Zi River Bridge's 15MnVNq steel welded seam.
