摘要
直接进水样,530μm毛细管柱分离,电子捕获检测器及氮磷检测器检测有机氯农药、有机磷农药、卤代轻、氯苯类、酚类、增塑剂、有机氮化合物、2,4-滴及氯氰菊酯等44咱有机物组份,在进样1~4μL时,大多数有机污染物的检测灵敏度可满足水中污染允许浓度的环境评价要求。530μm柱具有填充柱及毛细管柱各自的优点。由于水样不需处理,直接进样法保证了测定的精确度。方法简便快速,有着广阔的应用前景。
irect aqueous injection with separtion by 530 μm capillary column and detection by ECD and NPD is a new practical approach of detecting organic pollutants in water and disposed industrial water. These organic composites may be organochlorine pesticides, organophosphorous pesticides,halocarbons,chlorobenzenes, phenols, plasticizers, organonitrogen compounds, 2,4,-D acid, cypermethrin, etc. When injection is 1~4 μL the detection sensitivity of most pollutants can meet the appraisal requirement for allowable pollutant concentration in water. The 530 μm capillary column has the advantages of both packed column and capillary tule. Because water sample is not processed, the detection precision is thus assered by direct injection. This simple and rapid method may have an extensive application outlook.
