摘要
从生化反应动力学理论出发,讨论了温度与生化反应速率的相关作用,重点研究了温度对脱氢酶活性的影响,并回归出脱氢酶反应速度的Arrhenius表达式。实验结果表明温度对脱氢酶活性的影响是显著的,当水温由20~25℃(升至50~55℃时,出口水含酚合格率由88%提高至100%,COD去除率由68%提高至85%。
In this paper, the related action between temperature biochemical reaction rate is discussed starting from biochemical reaction dynamics. And the temperature influences of the activity of dehydrogenase is studied as the important point. Arrhenius express form of the dehydrogen reaction speed is regressed. The experiment results show, when the temperature of impouring water is elevated from original 20~25℃ to 50~ 55℃, the outlet water' s qualified ratio is elevated from original 88% to 100%. The removed COD' s ratio is elevated from original 68% to 85%. It can be seen therefore that the temperature influences obviously the activity of dehydrogenase.
