摘要
海底输送原油、天然气和注海水管道的铺设是项投资巨大的永久性工程,一般要求管道在不加维修的情况下能够保护20年以上。但在腐蚀十分苛刻的海洋环境中,欲使其达到安全服役20年以上,必须搞好管道的内外防腐蚀工作。 根据渤海海上油气田多年开发的实践,本文综合地叙述了渤海海上油田输送原油、天然气、海水的不同类型海底管道的外防腐蚀涂层、立管及其护管的涂层、补口涂层材料的制作、施工技术、质量控制要求;采用铝—锌—铟系牺牲阳极的设计、制造、安装、检验等有关技术问题;防止原油、天然气、海水中的腐蚀性介质对海底管道内壁腐蚀所应用的方法。同时,本文也提出了海底管道防腐蚀设计、建造、施工中所采用的有关国际规范与标准。
The submarine pipeline laying for transporting crude oil, natural gas, seawater is a permanent engineer-ing with vast investment. Such an engineering is generally required to last more than twenty years under the condition of no maintenance. In quite harsh marine corrosion environment the corrosion protection of internal and external surface of the pipeline is very important for safe service about twenty years.
Based on a long-term development practice in Bohai oilfield, this article synthetically describes external corrosion control methods of various types of submarine pipeline for transporting crude oil, natural gas or seawater, including fabrication, painting technique and quality control requirements for external corrosion coating, riser shielding pipe and joint; also discusses related technical prpblems for design, fabrication, in-stallation and inspection of sacrificial anode of Aluminium-Zinc-Indium system; as well as the applied method to prevent internal corrosion of pipeline from corrosive medium in oil, gas and seawater. Besides the paper also raises international codes and standards adopted in anticorrosion design, fabrication, installation of submarine pipelines.
