高温对人体血清急相反应蛋白变化影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 12名健康男性志愿受试者在39℃、Rh20%的人工气候室模拟高温作业(中等强度踏阶运动)3h。于受热前、受热中(4次运动毕)测定口温、脉率,并询问主观感觉。受热前后采静脉血测定血清急相反应蛋白(acutephaseresponseprotebs,APRPS)。实验结果表明,高温环境下从事中等体力运动,心率一开始便加快,但最高未超过120次/分,口温在第二次运动后(受热50min时)才开始升高,但始终未超过37.8℃。在此种热作用情况下,APRPs中α─AGP(α─酸性糖蛋白),HP(触珠蛋白)和CP(铜蓝蛋白)明显升高(P<0.01),α─AT(α─抗胰蛋白)略为升高(P<0.05),Fn(纤维粘连蛋白)无明显变化,而Tr(转铁蛋白)还略有下降(P>0.05)。提示α─AG,HP,CP和α─AT作为高温工人健康监护指标还是可取的。 12 male volunteers did a mimic work ofmoderate─intensity at Tdb 39℃±1℃, Rh20%for 3 hours in an artificial climate chamber. Pulse rate, oral temperature,perspiration amo ─unt were measured and the subjective feelingwere inquired before work,at the given time during the work and after the work.Beforeand after work, vernous blood was taken todetermine acute phase response protein(APR─Ps).During work,pulse rate increased fromthe first exercise and oral temperature went upafter the second exercise but never exceed38℃.α─AT,α─AG, Hp,Cp, and Fn signifi─cantly increased at 3 hours after heat exercise,except that Tr decreased slightly. The resultssuggested that some indices of APRPs mightbe of diagnostic significance for heat injuryor heat─stroke, but their specificity shouldbe further investigated in the future.
