摘要
本文简要介绍了MPS磨煤机旋转分离器的模化原理和第二自模化区的测定试验;使用粒子动态分析仪(PDA)测量了分离器内部族流场;测试了分离器模型的分离特性和流动阻力特性随转速、风量和给粉浓度的变化关系;通过分析,给出了分离器设计的基本原则。
In this paper,the modeling principles of a rotary classifier used in a MPS pulverizing mill and the lest of the second self-modeling region of the classifier model are briefly introduced;the variation rules of the swirling flow field in the classifier model were measured with the aid of the Particle Dynamic Anemometer(PDA);the variation relations of the classification performance figures and the flow resistance characteristics of the model with the rotation rate,flow rate and concentration were experimentally investigated ;finally primary rules for rotary classifier design were proposed.
