强利尿心钠素对实验犬冠脉循环及心肌氧代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effects of strong diuretic ANP on coronary circulation and myocardial oxygen metabolism in experimental dogs

摘要 本文利用结扎犬冠脉左前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型,观察了冠脉内灌注强利尿心钠素0.6μg·kg ̄(-1)·min ̄(-1),0.8μg·kg ̄(-1)·min ̄(-1)及生理盐水对冠脉侧支循环及心肌氧代谢的影响。结果显示强利尿心钠素可使冠脉侧支返流血量分别增加152.7%和121.9%,心肌耗氧量分别自0.19±0.02,0.18±0.01增加至0.42±0.03和0.38±0.03ml·min/100g心肌,供氧/耗氧比值分别增加13.3%和6.0%。生理盐水对上述指标无明显作用。说明强利尿心钠素可显著改善冠脉侧支循环及心肌氧代谢异常。 Effects of strong diuretic atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP)0.6μg/kg/min,0. 3μg/kg/min and normal saline on coronary circulation and myocardial oxygen metabo- lism were investigated.The left anterior descending coronary arteries (LAD)of the exper- imental dogs were ligated to make an acute myocardial ischemia model,drugs were adm- inistrated intracoronary.It was found that strong diuretic ANP caused an increase of 152.7%and 121.9% of LAD retrograde flow;myocardial oxygen metabolism increased from 0.19±0.02.0.18±0.01 to 0.42±0.03,0.38+0.03 ml/min/100g myocardium;and the oxygen supply/consumption value increased 13.3%and 6.0%,respectively,while saline had no significant effect.These results suggested that strong diuretic ANP could significantly improve the abnormal changes of the coronary circulation and myocardial oxygen metabolism in acute myocardial ischemia dogs.
