当归对正常犬血浆TXA_2/PGI_2水平的影响 被引量:7

摘要 我们研究了当归对正常犬下腔静脉、肝静脉和门静脉内TXB_2、6~keto-PGF_1α及其比值的影响。结果表明,用药后,3种血管内均表现为TXB_2水平增加,6-keto-PGF_1α水平下降及TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_1α水平上升;动态观察表明,当归对TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_1α的影响以门静脉和肝静脉最为显著。提示当归可通过影响TXA_2/PGI_2代谢而改变肝脏和门脉系统血管张力和容量,调整和改善门脉血液动力学。 Abnormalities of thromboxane A_2 and prostacyclin metabolism is respon-sible for the disturbance of portal hemodynamics in the cirrhotic dog.Our past studyconfirmed that Radix Angelicae Sinensis(RAS)reduced the portal pressure in the ratwith cirrhosis induced by CCl_4 peritoneal injection. To elucidate its mechanism, effect ofRAS on plasma TXB_2,6-keto-PGF_1α levels and their ratio in inferior vena cava, andhepatic and portal vein were investigated. The result showed that after administration ofRAS plasma TXB_2 increased,6-keto-PGF_1α lowered and the ratio of TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_1αelevated, particularly in hepatic and portal vein.The present study suggested that RASmodified the vascular tension and volume of hepatic and portal system by its effect onprostaglandin metabolism,which regulate and improve the portal hemodynamics incirrhosis.
