女性白血病人尿中雌激素的GC／MS测定 被引量：2

Determination of Estrins in Urine from a Female Leukemic Case by GC/MS

摘要 用ＧＣ／ＭＳ测定了一例急性淋巴细胞白血病女性患者，在自身骨髓移植后１１个月仍无正常月经期间尿中雌酮、雌二醇、雌三醇的含量。结果表明，该患者的雌激素低于正常水平，尤其是雌二醇，相当于绝经期妇女尿中的含量，提示卵巢功能恢复不良。 Estrins including estrone(E1),estradiol(E2) and estriol(E3)in a female leukemic patient urine were determined with GC/MS after autotransplantation of bone marrow.The results showed the level of estrins in patient were lower than that of healthy woman especial E2.
