用初孵幼虫监测棉红铃虫对杀虫剂的抗性 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过试验提出了一种准确、简易、快速的棉红铃虫(Pectinophora gossypiella(Saund))抗药性测定方法——初孵幼虫滤纸药膜法。并利用这种方法测定了棉红铃虫田间种群对甲基对硫磷和溴氰菊酯的抗性,结果发现安徽安庆、湖北江陵和天门3个种群对溴氰菊酯分别产生了203.8、3.7和4.2倍抗性,安庆种群还对甲基对硫磷产生4.4倍的低水平抗性,而浙江慈溪种群对甲基对硫磷的敏感性正在降低,LD_(50)值增高2.4倍。这些结果与当地的实际用药情况相符,说明初孵幼虫滤纸药膜法可监测出棉红铃虫对杀虫剂的敏感性变化情况。 A bioassay method (filter-paper residue) had been developed for monitoring insecticide resistance in pink bollworm, Pectinophora gossypiella (Saunders), with newly hatched (within 30 minutes) larvae. This method was compared with others reported previously. It was found that much more accurate data could be gotten rapidly with this simple and inexpensive bioassay. Since the uniform test insect, newly hatched larvae, could be easily obtained in large amount, this method was suitable for field resistance monitoring. Practices with this bioassay showed that Anqing (Anhui Province), Jian-gling and Tianmen (Hubei Province) three field strains had developed 203. 8-, 3. 7- and 4. 2- fold resistance, respectively, to deltamethrin, and Anqing and Cixi (ZheJiang Province) field strains had developed 4. 4- and 2. 4- fold resistance, respectively, to methylparathion, compared with susceptible laboratory strain from Qunli (Jiangsu Province). The above results are consistant with the practical insecticide application and the control effectiveness to pink bollworm in the above areas, indicating that the susceptible developments of pink bollworm could be monitored with this bioassay.
