摘要
霍山石斛九月和十月的未成熟种胚可以在含BA1mg/L和NAA0.5mg/L的MS或Kundson培养基正常发育并形成完整植株。未成熟种胚先在暗中培养22天,以后在低光强下培养,可以得到最高发芽率(91%),其最适的发芽温度是25～27℃。
The premature seeds of D. huoshanense collected in September or October can develop normally in MS or Kundsoa media with BAl and NAA 0.5mg/L and form complete plantlets. The premature seeds cultured in dark for 22 days and then in low light intensity give the highest germination percent age(91%). The suitable temperature for the germination of D. huoshanense premature seeds. is 25～27℃.
