摘要
本文研究了位相误差对位相菲涅耳透镜性能的影响，指出了多焦现象和衍射效率下降的原因，同时给出了不同位相误差产生的各级衍射效率值。
In this paper,The authors discuss how phase errors influence the performance of phase Fresnel lens.Conclusions are reached that a phase error causes multifocus and decieases diffrac-tion efficiency. This paper also gives the diffraction efficiency values of some foci caused by thephase errors.
