摘要 采用基质培养,研究不同氮素形态及配比对黄瓜生长和性别分化的影响,结果表明:用纯NO-N营养液处理,黄瓜植株营养生长旺盛.当NH-N占25%和50%时,则明显促进黄瓜的生殖生长,表现为第一雌花比纯NO-N处理低0.4和0.6节,雌花率增加23.9和31.0个百分点,单株产量增加35.3%和28.7%;叶片和果实中矿物元素钾、铁、锌分别增加0.02~1.41%、0.11~1.24μg/gDW、37.6~47.0μg/gDW,镁、锰、铜差异不大.黄瓜生育期不同对氮素形态的敏感性有差异,幼苗期较生长旺期不敏感. The effects of different N forms and ratios on the growth and sex expression of cucumber werestudied. The results showed that the vegetative growth was best with 100% NO3-N treatment. WhenNH+-N was 24 % or 50 %, the reproductive growth was promoted, the node position of first female flowerwas decreased, the rate of female flowers increased, and the yield per plant increased significantly; ofthe mineral contents in leaves and fruits, K content increased by 0.02~ 1 .41 %, Fe 0.11 ~1 .24μg / gDW,and Zn 37.6~ 47.0μg / gDW compared to 100% NO+3-N treatment. The sensitivity of cucumber toNH+4-N in the different growth periods was different: the young plants were less sensitive than the oldones.
