摘要
根据三种不育胞质的6个不育系分别与6个保持系和9个恢复系杂交配制的F1表现出的恢保关系,结果表明:滇Ⅰ型和BT型胞质的不育基因和恢复基因是等位,其育性恢复受一对弱恢复基因(R1)和强恢复基因(R2)控制。试验还表明,这对弱恢BT(滇Ⅰ)型的R1基因对恢复野败型不育胞质也是必需的,该基因存在于野败型不育系珍汕97A、B和02428A、B中。本文还提出滇Ⅰ型、BT型和野败型三种不育胞质的恢复基因遗传模式。
From the results of maintainingand restoring expressions of F 1 hybrids from 6 cytoplasmic male-sterile lines crossed with their maintainers and 9 restoring lines, it is concluded that both sterility genes and restoring genes were allelism in Dian-Ⅰ and BT type cytoplasmic male-sterility, of which fertility was controlled by a weak restoring gene (R 1) and a strong restoring gene (R 2). The results showed that it is necessory for a weak restoring gene (R 1)to restore fertility of WA type cytoplasmic male-sterile lines and that a weak restoring gene (R 1) existed in WA type cytoplasmic male-sterile lines Zhenshan 97A, 02428A and their maintainers. Inheritance patterns of restoring genes in Dian-Ⅰ, BT and WA type cytoplasmic male-sterility were put forward in the paper.
