摘要
臀上皮神经损伤是外科常见病多发病之一,寒冷季节发病率较高。本组统计1983～1986年冬季的发病患者计120例,均采用针刺加按摩治疗收到满意的疗效,兹整理如下。
120 Gases of injury of superior clunial nerveswere treated with acupuncture and massage.Therewere 87 male patients and 33 females,ranging from12 to 62 years old.The primary point was namedTunshang and Zusanli (St 36) and Liangqiu (St 34)were combined.Mild stimulation should be manipu-lated for reinforcing and reducing.Needles werewithdrawn after the arrival of Qi.Twice of massagecould be provided at the point Tunshang.In theinitial visit,acupuncture and massage could beperformed simutaneously but alternated later forevery other day.8 times made a course of treatment.93 cases were cured,17 markedly effective and 10got effectiveness.
