慢性胃炎是临床常见病,多发病,具有病程长,不易治愈的特点。我科从1983年采用埋线治疗进行临床观察,现将观察结果报告如下。一般资料1983年至1985年共埋线治疗慢性胃炎112例。其中男48例,女64例;年龄最小者19岁,
The article presents the treatment of chronicgastritis with catgut-embedding method.Two groupsof points were selected:one group including Liang-men (St 21),penetrating technique from Zhongwan(Ren 12) to Shangwan (Ren 13) and that fromWeishu (B 21) to Pishu (B 20) bilaterally;whilethe other group,penetrating from Jianli (Ren 11)to Zhongwan (Ren 12) and from Zusanli (St 36)to Shangjuxu (St 37) bilaterally.25% procaine wasutilized for local anesthesia.Chromic catgu(?) wasinserted intramuscularly with a triangular sutureneedle at Zhongwan (Ren 12) and the needle emer-ged at Shangwan (Ren 13).The catgut could becut then.Dressing with sterilized gause was providedfor 3 to 5 days.The same method was repeated inother points.In the initial visit,one group of pointswas applied.The second or third treatment could beoffered after 30 days interval.The result revealed67 cured,39 effective,4 unshanged and 2 worsened
