摘要
主要研究以碳铵为主要原料的复混肥工艺配方及造粒。以碳铵、磷铵和氨化钾为基础原料,添加适当的调理剂,经挤压造粒后,通过对养分含量分析,稳定性测试及抗压强度的测定,筛选增效碳铵的最佳配方。结果表明:规格为13-10-15的增效碳铵复肥,稳定性有了较大的提高.肥效试验也证实:增效碳铵具有明显的增产效果,是一种有发展前途的复肥。
Formulation and granulation of the compound fertilizer which mainly consists of ammounium bicarbonate, ammonium phosphate and potasium chloride with suitable supplmentare studied. A optimum formulation are determined with ananlysing its nutrient content anddetecting stability and compressive strength. Experimental results show that the fertilizer'sPerformances are improved obviously and stability increases. the experiments of fertilizer efficiency also prove that the fertilizer can increase preduction of many crop.
