摘要
利用几种植物萃取物与增效剂、分散剂、渗透剂配伍，制成ＭＬ灭虫精。经实验表明：其对中华鳋、锚头鳋、指环虫、三代虫、鱼虱等体外寄生虫杀灭有效，有效浓度为０．３～０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ，杀灭时间１～５天，对鱼类的安全浓度范围为３ｍｇ／Ｌ以下。用药后经遗传毒理学微核测试证实，其对鱼体无“三致”（致癌、致畸、致突变）作用，经环保监测部门检验也证实鱼体上无药毒残留。
ML' insect- killing powder is made from the extrats from several plants, and certain quatity of synergist, dispersing angent and osmosar are added to it. The result of the insectkilling experiment shows that it is efficient for the powder to kill ecto parasites such as Sinergasilus spp., Lernaea spp., Dactylogyrus spp., Gyrodactylus spp. and Argulas spp., and so on. The efficient concentration of the powder is 0. 3～0. 5mg/L and the safety concentration is below 0. 3mg/L,and The time of killing parasites is 1～5d. After the micronucleus detection in genetoxicological fields, it is proved that the powder will not cause carcinoma nor deformatiom or mulation to experimented fish, and there are no residuces in fish according to the test made by the enviornmental protection department and mornitoring department.
