摘要
采用协优46,在50×10-6~250×10-6浓度范围内,进行了5种浓度的试验。结果表明:各种浓度均有防止晚杂秧苗徒长,提高秧田分蘖的数量和质量,促进移栽后分蘖的早发效应,且能提高产量和抗逆性。晚杂浸种的适宜浓度在100×10-6~150×10-6范围。
Before sowing,the seeds of late hybrid rice Xieyou 46 were presoaked with uniconazole(S 3307)of different concentrations at 50×10-,100×10-6,150×10-6,200×10-6 and 250×10-6.The results showed that all concentrations of S 3307 could lower seeding height, increase the tiller number and im- prove the quality of seedlings and hasten tillering after transplanting,resulting in stronger stress resistance and a higher yield, but the suitable concentration was 100×10-6 150×10-6.
