摘要
毛萼香茶菜提取物腹腔注射２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ可抑制组织胺引起的小鼠肠系膜浆液渗出性炎症；灌胃给药２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ可抑制鲜鸡蛋清所致小鼠急性踝关节肿胀，并可抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠急性踝关节肿胀；皮下注射５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ可阻滞灭菌棉球所致的结缔组织增生；６．６～１５．０ｍｇ／ｍｌ（管碟法）对八叠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、四联球菌、肺炎杆菌及枯草杆菌等有抑菌作用。
The mice's mesavaic serous fluid exudative inflammation caused byhistamine can be cheched by 200mg/kg of the extract from Rabdosia eriocalyx Hara i.p,The mice's acute ankle joint swelling caused by fresh egg albumen can be reducedwith 200mg/kg P.O;it can produce the same effect on the acute ankle joint swelling in ratcaused by carrageenin. The rat's connective tissue proliferation caused by sterile cotton ballcan be stopped with 50mg/kg S.C and then 6.65-15 mg/ml of this extract hasbacteriostatic action on carcine, staphylococcus aureus,tetracoccus,klebsiella pneumoniaeand bacillus subtilis and so on.
