摘要
本文用3个不育系和4个恢复系的不完全双列杂交设计试验和12个杂种的联合区域试验,在自然感病条件下,研究了菌核病抗性的配合力和遗传力等参数。结果表明:菌核病抗性的一般配合力选择是有效的,在抗病育种的亲本选配上居于重要地位。向日葵菌核病抗性的遗传能力较强,遗传是主要的,环境影响是次要的。通过早代选择,有可能选育出抗菌核病的材料。
Combining ability and heritability and other parameter of resistance to-Sclerotiniose was studied by incomplete biserial allomixis design with three sterile lines and four restoring lines,and united regional experiment with twelve hybrids under natural infection conditions.The results showed that selection of general combining ability of resistance to Sclerotiniose was effsctive,it was very important to parents selection of disease-resistant breeding.The heritability of resistance to Sclerotiniose was stronger in sunflower.Heredity was main,environment was minor.It was possible to deve lope the materials of resistance to Sclerotiniose by early genaration selection.
