摘要
我们从1984年开始,在江苏省内,针对油菜生产上的播栽期、种植密度、肥料用量以及肥料运筹等几个关键栽培技术,应用二次回归正交旋转组合试验设计法,分别在不同生态农区设点,系统地展了多因素、多水平的试验。研究油菜高产经济栽培规律,建立了四十多万字的数库,编制了统计分析与优选程序;研究出一套微机运算与经验判断相结合的分析方法,优选出一些适合不同地区、土壤和自然条件的高产经济栽培综合农艺方案,经小区模拟验证和大田栽培示范,可靠性较强。本研究在培育壮秧、栽期、种植密度、氮肥用量和品种上有新突破,这些结果正在向全省推广。
A quadratic orthogonal design with multi-factors and levels was applied to cultural experiments of sowing date,plant density,fertilizer dose and fertilizer application at various agri-ecological districts since 1984.We have set up a data base containing 400,000 words,statistical analysis and optimization programme,and found a set of analytical method combined with microcomputer programming and decision-upon-experiences.The comprehensive agricultural schemes of cultivation,tested in plot modelling experiment and in field cultivated demonstrations,have been proved to be dependable and suitable for the areas with different climatic and soil conditions.This paper shows the breakthroughs in breeding,strong seedling,sowing date,plant density,nitrogen application and improving variety Presently,these results have been applied to all the areas in Jiangsu province.
