摘要
漂白前的氧脱木素可提高浆样白度,同时废水污染负荷下降。在实验室条件下,对思茅松氧脱木素硫酸盐浆采用C(E0)HP漂白程序,可漂至85%(SBD)的高白度。红外光谱表明,漂剂对发色基团(共轭和/或非共轭羰基)的破坏,是白度提高的主要原因。同时也表明,一些助色基团如羰基和/或酚型羟基被削弱,这对浆样白度的提高也十分有利。
The Pulp brightness was increased when oxygen delignification Per-formed before bleaching.In the meanwhile,the effluent pollution load was de creased.Using C(E0)HP bleaching seqtience,85%(SBD)high brightness lev-el of Simao pine cxygen delignmed kraft pulp was still obtained at experiniental conditions.Infra-red spectra showed,the main chromophore groups(conju-gated and/or non-conjugated carbonyl groups)were destroyed by bleaching,agent,which was the main reason ofbrightness increment.It was also found that some auxochrome groups,such as carboxyl and/or pheno-hydroxyl groups were weakened, which would be beneflcial to the increase of pulp brightness。
