摘要
此文用代数张量法导出甲烷分子两个基频谱带的转动跃迁矩阵元，对这两个谱带的谱线强度进行了计算和比较，给出满意的结果。
In this paper,a dipole-moment matrix is deduced using spherical tensor for the fundamental of metheme,after that the line intensity is calculated and compared with other work. The result is satisfactory.
