摘要
通过肝功能、血浆蛋白电泳、乙肝三系统、HBV—DNA—P等客观指标检测,对照观察了中医辨证治疗289例乙型慢性活动性肝炎的疗效,总有效率为87.53%,HBsAg转阴率为39.9%,HBeAg转阴率为68.5%,HBV—DNA—P转阴率为56.14%,各项指标明显优于对照组,统计学处理有非常显著性差异。
By measuring the indexes of the liver function, HBsAg, HBeAg, and HBV-DNA-P, the writer compared the curative effect of TCM in 289 cases of chronic active hepatitis B. The general effective rate was 87.53%, rate of HBsAg (-) 39.9%, HBeAg (-) 68.5%, HBV-DNA-P (-) 56.14%. All indexes were better than that in the control group and showed an obviously difference in statistics.
