摘要
低能量Ｈｅ─Ｎｅ激光血管内照射血液（ＩＬＩＢ）治疗３０例上消化道疾病。总有效率为９６．７％。对腹痛腹胀恶心呕吐等症状有效率达８０％以上．未发现副作用。并讨论了ＩＬＩＢ作用的可能机制。
Intravascular low-energy He-Ne laser irradintion of blood (ILIB) was employed in treating 30 patients suffering from diseases of upper digestive tract with a total effectiverate of 96. 7% and that of more than 80% in clinical remission and elimination of some symptomsincluding abdominal pain and distension, vomiting and nausea. No complications were observed.The possible mechanisms of ILIB were also discussed in detail.
