摘要
本文报导两种非常实用的光导热塑全息记录方法，不仅可提高全息图记录质量和成功率，而且大大延长了光导热塑记录介质的重复使用寿命。
This paper reported two practical methods to make the holograms in a photothermoplastic material. By using the methods, we could not only get higher quality of the holograms,higher rate of the success for the holographic recording, but also longer life of the repetitive using of the photothermoplastic media.
