摘要
本文系统地综述了封离式ＣＯ２激光电源的现状，提出了工频变压器→中频逆变→高频道变→射频激励的激光电源分类方法和发展模式。
Being based on a great amount of detailed material, this paper systematically summerizes the status of power supply for sealed-off CO2 laser,and puts forword the classification and developmental mode for laser power supply, that is, main-frequency transformer→meduim-frequency inversion→high-frequency inversion →radio-frequency excitation.
